How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Amazon payments.
Why is my order not going through?
Verify that your billing information matches your billing address. Also, check that your three or four-digit verification code matches the code found on your card. If your order is declined, some instances will cause a pending transaction on your bank or credit card statement, which will automatically void within 3-5 business days.
What are your shipping options?
We currently offer the choice of FREE UPS Ground for the order above $49.99 within the continental USA. The transit time will be 5-8 days. We also offer 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air expedited services within the continental USA. For Canada and other available international locations, we offer FedEx International Shipping.
To receive my order shipped via Next Day Air, when must I submit my order by?
All orders that select UPS NEXT DAY AIR and are submitted through diamonbliss.com successfully before 11 AM Eastern Time on a business day (excluding any holidays) will be shipped the same day. Otherwise please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.
